The opening starts out with showing what it seems to be the previous users of One for All with their backs turned and facing a dimmed white background.
Before transitioning to the next scene. Nana Shimura was briefly shown, looking back at someone from over her shoulder with a grin on her face. As the scene does a slide down transition to the next scene.
Sequencing to the next scene from briefly showing a previous shot of Nana, it's shown with Yagi Toshinori, or All Might extending his fist out to Izuku Midoriya.

Another sliding down transition is shown, as Izuku from back when he was in middle school, being seen by himself with mist spreading all around him, and is seen to be in a questioning state in his own mind, showing some uncertainty.
Katsuki Bakugo is shown walking past Izuku, with a confident and cocky smirk on his face, pressing on forward knowing his own future.
Izuku began to have a smile on his face, looking back up at All Might and he extends his fist out to meet Toshinori's fist as the scene fades out to show a few background shots of groups like:
The League of Villains members at their hideout with Tomura Shigaraki, standing in the forefront with Dabi, Mr. Compress, and Himiko Toga in the background.
Then, another group appears with three people showing in the forefront while the leader is seen sitting in her throne.
A brief shot is shown with the members of The Shield, consisting of Kazuhiro Inoue, Tony Shimura, Seth Thurston, and Shirou Tanahashi standing on top of a building, watching the town, beneath the moon light at night.
The rest of Class 1-A from U.A. High, mainly showing Shoto Todoroki, Eijiro Kirishima, Tsuyu Asui, Katsuki Bakugo, Izuku Midoriya, Tenya Iida, Ochaco Uraraka, and Shoto Aizawa standing outside of the school.
Finally, the top five Pro Heroes are shown in order of Miruko, Endeavor, Best Jeanist, Hawks, and Edgeshot.
Then, the My Hero Academia: Uprising title card is being formed in white coloring with a black background drop.
The scene gets another sliding down transition as the background changes to white from black and the title card inverting colors. The title card is fades away as the next scene is shown.

Following the title card sequence, the first scene has the whole 1-A class can be seen in the training grounds in the training facility, practicing their quirks.
Tenya Iida is displaying his crazy speed, while Denki Kaminari and Eijiro Kirishima are trying to catch up with him. While Todoroki uses his against Bakugo's explosion as Bakugo uses his Explosion to fly up in the air, as he blasts his way down to Todoroki with a completely focused look on his face.
I was running alone on the frozen road
As this transitions to Deku displaying his Full Cowl Shoot Style kick onto someone. Then, seeing Ochaco Uraraka using a few objects for her Gravity quirk and Momo Yaoyorozu creating a weapon, which was a staff and attempts to use it against somebody. Tsuyu Asui is seen using her tongue to help out Ochaco. Fumikage Tokoyami using his Dark Shadow for Covert Black-Ops Arms against somebody.
Midnight, All Might, Cementoss, and Present Mic watching over the students as they were impressed by the students as it goes to the next scene.

Then, this shot fades out into the next scene with Nezu looking out to his window, in the principal's office with a slight smile on his face as he had Shoto Aizawa in the room with him. Aizawa looking a little bit tired, yawning a little.
In the reflection of the window saw the door being open in the office and someone was standing outside of it. It brings up a close-up transition to showing these next few still shots.

The next still shot following this scene displays the Big Three, in order of Mirio Togata, Nejire Hado, and Tamaki Amajiki standing together in the 1-A classroom.
Another stiill shot shows Hitoshi Shinso with his hands in his pockets, nearby an alleyway.
As there is another shot of seeing Mei Hatsume in the workshop working on some upgraded outfits and accessories for the students on Class 1-A and other students in the school.
Then, there was a shot can be seen of Inko Midoriya can be seen at home, trying to call someone on the phone.
Finally, a massive still shot showing Yosetsu Awase facing forward with a grin on his face alongside with his 1-B classmates, Neito Monoma looking to his right with a confident grin on his face, Itsuka Kendo and Pony Tsunotori, looking to their left and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu with his back turned away from his classmates, slightly looking over his shoulder at them with a slight smile.

Next scene shows Himiko Toga and Dabi looking up at what it seems to be Hawks up above, levitating in the air to him flying down towards them with Hawks taking a feather from his wings and flew down to slash at them, transitioning to the next scene.

The scene transitions to seeing multiple U.A. Students showing their quirks and doing attack moves from Todoroki's unleashing flames being bursted, Iida's huge spinning kick in coming off of his Engine quirk, Tsuyu hoisting up Ochaco into someone as she simply touches them and activating her Gravity.
Next up, shows Kirishima with Hardening punches the ground hard enough, as Kaminari adds some Electrification to the attack by Kirishima as a combo.

This transitions to Aizawa letting some of his binding cloth loose to the enemy, as it transitions to seeing Gran Torino going for a high-angled kick. As both men go their separate ways.
The next scene shows a sword being thrown into the ground with bolts of lightning being pulsated from the sword. Someone appears to grab it and they clashes their sword with Toga's knife. As then, what it appears to be another sword can be seen clashing with both Toga and the person she's attacking.
As this transitions to the next scene.
Showing a brief scene with Tomura Shigaraki, who had Mr. Compress and a new member of the group standing behind him, having a sitdown meet with somebody from a different organization.
The scene cuts to the final and remaining scenes.

Katsuki Bakugo uses his Explosions to avoid multiple quick and long-ranged attacks by an enemy, but gets a bad cut in the abdomen by what it seems to be a spear.
He slowly tries his best to get up slowly, as someone walks up to him and he gave Bakugo a smile, willing to fight alongside with him against this enemy. Revealing himself to be Izuku Midoriya.
Let me get to where you are
A sliding transition appears showing a still shot of Bakugo walking away from Deku. As it reverts back to the scene of Izuku standing in front of Bakugo.
Bakugo had a slightly annoyed look on his face, as he stood up fully to withstand the pain he was already in. He stood side by side with Deku, ready to continue this fight.
As the both of them ran towards the enemy, as Deku went for his Shoot Style kick and Bakugo went for a explosive shot to the face. The shot of them going for an attack at the same time fades out.
With the final shot, showing the rest of Class 1-A, 1-B, and The Big Three with Bakugo and Midoriya in the forefront, in front of U.A. High with the words of "PLUS ULTRA" written on the ground in black.
